Wholesale

We have decided to focus mostly on retail and on private labeling.
In reflection of this, we have stopped accepting new wholesale
accounts. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have
caused.

However, we are accepting private lableling or custom
orders when a minimum amount is ordered (see below).

Private Labeling

Have a design of your choice on our current candle collection or a separate
shape entirely. Our small tins and glass votives make great party favors and table decoration.

listing our most popular blends.

For private labeling, we have a $250 minimum order per blend, based on our wholesale prices.
There are no other fees if the artwork is provided (we provide you with the dimensions). If you
print and apply the labels yourself, the price is 8% less than on the order form. We provide
the bottom warning labels with your website.  Product ships from Oregon.

Although it usually takes about three days per blend to fit into our other orders, please try to allow a week per blend.

TERMS & POLICIES

Availability
Small orders are usually available to ship within one to four working days. We may require 6-12 weeks for large orders. Contact us for pricing and availability on volume purchases.

Terms
We request that first orders be prepaid. We accept VISA and MasterCard, as well as company checks. Checks are verified for sufficient funds prior to authorizing shipment. Net term payment is available upon approval of credit application.

Shipping
Customer is to pay shipping and handling charges. FedEx Ground is our standard method of shipping. All methods of shipping through UPS, FedEx, DHL, Emery, Consolidated Freight, Yellow Freight, and Airborne Express are available by request. Unless otherwise stated all orders are FOB Origin.

Damaged or Incomplete Shipments
Please check for external damage before signing for each shipment. If you receive a damaged shipment, save all packaging and contact us within five days to initiate a claim. Reports of shortages or order discrepancies must be received within six days upon the arrival of your package.

Return Policy
Candles are returnable only in the event incorrect shipment.

Pricing
Please contact us and we will direct you to our order form. The state of Oregon does not have a sales tax.

Privacy Policy
Greenspace respects your privacy. We keep our mailing list private and will not share or sell any customer information to other businesses. We may send you periodic updates via postal mail, email, or fax. If you do not with to receive our updates, please contact us.
